The largest footwear fair will be held between Tuesday 23rd, Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th of August, at the Poliforum León fairgrounds in the State of Guanajuato. It will be the 87th edition of SAPICA that will be held in person, under the Health, Safety and Prevention Protocol, which will offer a preserved and safe space for manufacturers and buyers to meet in person.
In addition, the organization will make the SAPICA Directory available to interested parties, with the aim of facilitating business on a platform that will remain active 24 hours a day, every day of the week. This complementary proposal is launched after the pandemic, where the fair remained valid thanks to its physical and virtual format.
In the exhibition center, a participation of more than 350 exhibitors and 2,400 unique marketing companies, both local and foreign, is expected, with a view to forging alliances and sales opportunities, according to what was announced by the organizer of the event, the Chamber of the Footwear Industry of the State of Guanajuato (CICEG).
SAPICA will be developed under the slogan #RunForTrends or #CorrePorTendencias, in an elaborate conceptual style that is framed by the need to move forward, live experiences and enjoy the world, after a prolonged confinement as a result of the pandemic.
The health crisis changed consumption habits, now embodied in a convergence of trends between nostalgia for outdoor spaces and high technology and digital futurism, as well as towards traditions and the natural.
For three days, the fair will offer an extensive program, parallel to the product exhibition activity, which will include the participation of influencers, an athletic race, a party and photo opportunities.
Meanwhile, in the Knowledge Pavilion, conferences will be held on trends, business, E-commerce, entrepreneurship and social networks, by internationally renowned specialists.
For its part, the SHOES FROM MÉXICO Business Center will be the bridge between manufacturers and buyers from abroad, meeting the requirements for networking between the parties.
