This greater flexibility allows to choose between two different work programs, according to the specific needs of the client and the type of material to be injected, giving the operator the possibility of inserting all the work parameters in a simple and intuitive way.
BORADUE is also equipped with different optional functions, including automatic change injectors, sole extractors and automatic lifting of the injection group.
In a single machine, BORADUE combines the versatility of a static equipment with the high productive capacity of a rotating machine: the perfect combination for an excellent result.
It is an automatic rotary injection machine of 6, 8 or 10 stations for the production of single-colored soles in compact and expanded thermoplastic materials. Among them, it can process TR, PVC, RANIL and super expanded.
High production per hour, due to the considerable cooling time with fast cycles, it is equipped with a more efficient plasticizing injector with volumetric control. It has optional vertical movement of the injectors for variable injection heights.
It performs the complete management of the injection parameters in each mold and the data of the mold storage memory.
