With 80 years of activity, MAIN GROUP Technologies represents a reference in injection technologies for the footwear sector, and in particular for safety footwear.

At the last A+A fair, from November 5th to 8th in Düsseldorf, dedicated to security, the Italian company exhibited its latest novelties in this area.

In MAIN GROUP machines, there is an important and constant search for new technologies to respond to the demand of the security market, increasingly attentive to comfort and design of the products.

The ability of MAIN GROUP technologies to work four different families of materials: thermoplastics, EVA, rubber and polyurethanes, independent or combined with each other, has managed to project and build diversified production systems according to specific requirements.

PRAGMA It represents the top of the range for the production of safety and work footwear. These are machines with functionality and very high performance, flexible and easy to operate. The modular projection of the mechanical, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, get better results in the direct injection on the cut, of products in mono and bidensity PU and combined TPU+PU. ROSS The ROSS 260 T model is the result of an attentive study projected to provide optimal solutions to the renewed demands of sole producers. It considers the market trend oriented towards thinner thicknesses, with more rigid materials, more complex designs, quality of the final product increasingly high and reduced costs. PEGASUS Regarding rubber, this machines line is very innovative with respect to the standards used for these materials. The system achieves a drastic reduction in the vulcanization synchronization, with the consequent increase in productivity, and significant energy savings.
