It uses a pneumatic system of flexible pads/membranes that distributes pressure evenly across the bottom and edges of the footwear, ensuring a secure bond without deforming the upper. It features a programmable digital timer, independent pressure adjustment, operator safety barriers and quick height adjustment, optimizing cycle times and ensuring high repeatability in industrial assembly processes.
