Machine for injecting two-color, dual-density EVA boots

Using a unique and exclusive process, the machine can injection-mold boots, footwear and soles in two-color, dual-density EVA. The uppers are injected using standard EVA, while the soles are made from a different EVA formulation with specific properties, including enhanced grip and resistance to oils and fuels. The expansion process for both materials takes place outside the mold, ensuring dimensional control and maximum bonding reliability. The machine is available in 6- or 8-station configurations.
