ON drives its LightSpray™ technology from Asia
With the start-up of a second robotized plant near Busan, South Korea, the Swiss footwear brand ON expanded the industrial dissemination of its LightSpray™ technology. The new facility incorporates 32 automated robots and joins the first center inaugurated in July 2025 in Zurich, equipped with four units.
With the addition of this technology, in 2026, the company expects to increase LightSpray™ manufacturing capacity worldwide to a scale 30 times greater. It also pointed to other markets where the system created in Switzerland could be reproduced, with new production advances in Europe and America.
