CAMPER adds Ancient Greek Sandals to its group
The renowned Greek footwear brand is joining CAMPER following a transaction that gives the Mallorca-based company a majority stake in the brand. It is the group’s first acquisition, adding to Camper, Casa Camper, CamperLab and Normal.
The Athens-based company, founded in 2012 and specializing in luxury footwear, will continue to operate independently. Its founders, Christina Martini and Nikolas Minoglou, along with co-owner Yiannis Vagenas, will retain a minority stake and remain involved in management. The incorporation will provide the opportunity to leverage Camper’s international structure without changing the brand’s aesthetics or identity.
