KYAIA assumes full control of ASPORTUGUESAS
The Kyaia Group has taken full ownership of Ecochic Portuguesas.
The transaction involved the acquisition of shares previously held by Amorim Cork Ventures and Pedro Abrantes -founding partner- of the company that owns the AsPortuguesas brand.
According to Fortunato Frederico, founder and president of the group, the goal is to consolidate the brand’s positioning as a sustainable footwear model and accelerate its international expansion, APICCAPS reported.
