Agreement with COPPEL mobilizes 40 million pairs
The footwear sector of Guanajuato closed with COPPEL -a department store chain- an operation for the sale of 40 million pairs of footwear. In an initiative that could mean the reactivation of the industry, the agreement also projects adding another 8 million pairs of different typologies by 2030.
The president of CICEG and CANAICAL, Juan Carlos Cashat Usabiaga, highlighted the importance of the chain within the demand for locally manufactured footwear.
