FRASERS became a shareholder of PUMA

The German brand incorporated a new shareholder after the entry of FRASERS, a group controlled by British investor Mike Ashley, which took a 5.7% stake in the company. The entry took place in a context in which PUMA’s total sales were 8.1% lower in 2025.
According to a stock exchange filing, this move places Ashley behind ANTA SPORTS as the second most important shareholder. In January 2026, the Chinese company had acquired for € 1.5 billion the 29% that was in the hands of ARTEMIS, Footwear News reported.
