Strong presence of Brazilian exhibitors at MICAM
From February 22 to 24, 2026, the 101st edition of MICAM will take place at the Fieramilano (Rho) venue in Milan, Italy, one of the world’s largest events dedicated to footwear. Due to its broad and diverse attendance, the fair has a high international profile, shaped by exhibitors and buyers from different regions of the world.
The event has generated high expectations within the Brazilian footwear sector, which will be represented by 71 brands that expect to receive more than 20,000 buyers from Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia. This participation is supported by Brazilian Footwear, the export promotion program of ABICALÇADOS (Brazilian Footwear Industries Association), in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency, APEX-Brasil.
According to ABICALÇADOS business coordinator -Paola Pontin-, “Micam Milano is a strategic moment for Brazilian companies. As it is a fair that receives buyers from all continents, it represents an opportunity to diversify exports to additional markets, as well as a showcase to present the strength and diversity of our footwear industry.”
