The 52nd edition of the International Footwear & Leather Show (IFLS) and the 34th International Exhibition of Leather, Supplies, Machinery and Technology (EICI) will be held at the Corferias event center in early August, organized by the Colombian Association of Footwear, Leather and its Manufactured Goods Industrialists (ACICAM).
The fair will organize its proposal into two segments: IFLS for finished products, which will bring together footwear and leather goods brands; and EICI for suppliers, which will exhibit leather, synthetics, textiles, supplies, components and machinery.
In addition, the event will develop a comprehensive program, including a forum on upcoming fashion trends, various fashion shows and an agenda of talks of interest to the sector.
IFLS+EICI thus stands as the most relevant business platform for the footwear and leather industry, both nationally and for the Andean region.
In its last edition in February, around 400 exhibitors presented proposals aimed at the Fall-Winter 2026/27 season. Participation included companies from different areas of Colombia, including Norte de Santander, Valle del Cauca, Sucre, Antioquia, Santander and Cundinamarca, as well as firms from countries such as Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Turkey.
In total, the Colombian fair brought together more than 7 thousand specialized visitors, recording a significant influx of buyers from the United States, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, the Dominican Republic, Curaçao and Puerto Rico.
In terms of results, the edition recorded transactions for US$ 8.5 million, promoting activity in the first half of the year for related industries.
