The Spanish supply trade fair will take the Fall/Winter 2027-2028 season as the central theme of its 56th edition, to be held in mid-October 2026 at IFA-Fira Alacant, in Elche, Alicante. The event will be organized by the Spanish Association of Footwear Component Companies (AEC).
The visual proposal of the event will express a narrative associated with “the organic, the artisanal and the timeless,” according to its organizers. This approach will be based on colors linked to sustainable processes and natural materials, while also incorporating a technological and contemporary perspective related to innovation in the sector.
At each edition, the show covers more than 12,000 square meters, with more than 300 exhibiting companies, both local and from Portugal, Italy, France, etc. Its profile is oriented toward the different industrial links that supply the footwear and leather goods sectors, including leather, textiles, components, accessories, chemicals, design services and machinery.
FUTURMODA usually records an average of more than 5,000 visitors and attracts professionals from Europe and different parts of the world.
The event includes a program that expands the exhibition experience: the Experts Forum features presentations and conferences; Green Planet addresses sustainable materials, green innovation and certifications; and Lab Talent invites new talents, schools and designers to participate.
