FUTURMODA: good business and qualified visitors
The Spanish suppliers’ fair held its 55th edition at IFA-Fira Alacant in Elche. Industrial machinery was the highlight of the event, with automation and production efficiency as the focus of the systems and equipment.
More than 210 exhibitors participated in FUTURMODA, presenting Spring/Summer 2027 proposals in materials, trends and technological solutions. Markets such as Italy, Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Türkiye, Japan, China and Taiwan were represented. In this regard, 49% of the companies showed an international profile.
Attendance exceeded 4,100 visitors and there was local and international presence, from Portugal, Italy, France, Germany, Türkiye, the United Kingdom and China.
The program included FUTURMODA Green Planet, focused on an eco-friendly offer, and was complemented by the Experts Forum, addressing topics such as training, internationalization, digitalization and Artificial Intelligence.
The fair concluded with “a very positive balance,” according to the Footwear Components From Spain (AEC), organizer of the event, which reported that the next edition will be held on October 14 and 15, 2026.
