The fifth edition of BFSHOW will take place from November 10 to 12 at the Anhembi District in São Paulo. The event expects to gather around 350 brands representing various segments and production hubs of the country, promoted by the Brazilian Footwear Industries Association (ABICALÇADOS) and organized by NürnbergMesse Brasil.
The organizers confirmed the registration of importers from countries such as Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay, Germany, Canada, the United States, Portugal and Türkiye.
Participation is expected to exceed one thousand international importers, according to Felipe Marchiori, BFSHOW’s director at NürnbergMesse Brasil. This audience includes visitors attending independently, in addition to the joint initiative between the exhibition and the BRAZILIAN FOOTWEAR program, developed by ABICALÇADOS in partnership with ApexBrasil. The projected attendance surpasses 12,000 buyers, both domestic and foreign.
BFSHOW will take place in a challenging context marked by tariff barriers imposed by the United States on Brazilian products, according to details provided by Haroldo Ferreira, executive president of ABICALÇADOS. In this scenario, he emphasized that the fair will play a strategic role in supporting the diversification of markets by attracting new international buyers.
Thus, it will become an important meeting point for domestic and global retailers, with an updated exhibition offering from leading Brazilian brands and a program with content relevant to the industry.
