

The sixth edition of BFSHOW will be held from Monday to Wednesday at Distrito Anhembi, in São Paulo, organized by NürnbergMesse Brasil and promoted by the Brazilian Footwear Industries Association (ABICALÇADOS).
On this occasion, collections for the Summer season will be exhibited, a season of great relevance for the local industry, which generates expectations for business consolidation.
In this context, the fair is expected to exceed the participation of 350 brands, including ALPARGATAS, CALÇADOS BEIRA RIO, DEMOCRATA, GRENDENE and many others. The offer will focus on women’s, men’s and children’s footwear and leather goods, in addition to services for retail companies.
According to the organizers, national companies representing more than 75% of annual production will take part in the event, which they describe as the most important footwear fair in Latin America.
As part of its proposal for May, BFSHOW will be crossed by a reference to the men’s football World Cup, taking advantage of the tournament’s temporal proximity. Thus, the organization will use that visual universe to enhance the visitors’ experience and highlight the quality of national products.
The presence of 12,000 people is expected, who will have the opportunity to learn about brands from all production hubs and segments, in addition to a program focused on sales, e-commerce and trends.
