VULCABRÁS AZALEIA added the Japanese brand MIZUNO

The third largest footwear production company in Brazil, after ALPARGATAS and GRENDENE, announced in mid-September its agreement with the MIZUNO brand for the production and marketing of its products in the Brazilian market, in an transaction close to 37 million dollars.

The new incorporation is added to the US UNDER ARMOUR made in 2018 with a similar business scheme.

VULCABRÁS AZALEIA is a manufacturer of own brands OLYMPIKUS, sports footwear; DIJEAN, OPANKA and VULCABRÁS, having recently licensed the AZALEIA brand to GRENDENE, to concentrate its activities solely on sports products.

The group's headquarters are located in Jundiaí/SP, it has 15 thousand employees and has an annual turnover of more than 330 million dollars.
