NIKE left its business to REGENCY Group
With a total annual turnover of US$ 300 million, the Panamanian company took over the commercialization and distribution of NIKE in Argentina and Uruguay. It also manages the labels of the Spanish group INDITEX (Zara) in Colombia, Peru, Ecuador and Paraguay. Other brands within its portfolio are CONVERSE, FOREVER 21, UNDER ARMOUR and AEROPOSTALE.
NIKE has been present in Argentina since the 1990s and has 11 of its own stores, in addition to stores operated with associates.
Within the plan to delegate direct operations, the global brand also sold its subsidiary in Chile to the MASPLAY company, which also serves the markets of Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador.
