NEW ATHLETIC plans to open 15 stores in 2026

The leading Peruvian sports fashion brand in footwear and apparel aims to consolidate its positioning in the regional market. To that end, in addition to the 46 stores it has nationwide, it has planned the opening of 15 additional points of sale in Ecuador, Bolivia and Argentina.
The brand, which was created in 2005 after a decade of experience in marketing imported sneakers, has shown accelerated growth in recent years. Despite its indirect presence through distributors in Argentina, Bolivia and Ecuador, the plan for 2026 includes direct entry with its own physical stores. According to sector sources, NEW ATHLETIC imports exceed one million pairs per year, 90% of which come from China, followed by Vietnam and Indonesia.
