The color palette for Autumn/Winter 2026 is defined by a compelling duality. On one side, it features familiar, elegant tones rooted in nature, conveying warmth and comfort, while on the other, it introduces vibrant and dramatic accents that add boldness, individuality and a sense of optimism.
The foundation is built on earthy hues and warm neutrals such as Hot Chocolate, a dark tone, and Mocha Mousse, a creamy medium brown, both of which express stability, sophistication and a return to authenticity.
This direction also includes French Roast, a roasted brown; Chili Oil, a reddish brown; deep and earthy shades that provide warmth and solidity; and Damson, an intense, glamorous purple-plum.
The palette then moves into vibrant reds such as Poppy Red, exuberant, sensual and festive, accompanied by Misty Rose, a delicate and romantic pastel pink.
Greens and blues take on significant prominence in various versions, including Salted Lime, a bright and natural yellow-green, and Fanfare, a refined blue-green that conveys calm and well-being. Among the blues, Lyons Blue stands out as a deep, luxurious petroleum tone that adds strength and serenity; Riverside, cool and powerful; and Fig, a dark blue touched with red, evoking calm and stability.
Finally, in addition to near-blacks and whites, the recommended greys include Cumullus Cloud, a neutral, quiet and functional tone suitable for multiple combinations.
Beyond the specific colors and shades, designers are creating a “color dialogue” between timeless hues and more contemporary, dynamic accents. This reflects people's desire to find a balance between the familiar and hope for the future.
This season’s colors are “accessible and easy to wear,” enabling consumers to build a versatile wardrobe.
