Trend: Retro-futuristic sneakers are all the rage
The past is once again a source of inspiration, and this time footwear is not exempt from this current, which influences a large part of modeling.
One of the brands most identified with this trend has been the American NEW BALANCE, leader in the sports and casual segment, which has carried out a notable restyling of some of its classic models.
By the way, its 327 running sneaker was remodeled from the original design. The new version presents a sole with an insole with a cutaway waist, between the heel and the sole of the foot; a straight cut on the back of the heel, all covered with a raised and glued rubber outsole that climbs the heel counter and toe cap. The footprint surface is composed of a Trail texture, with adherent, high-grip tubes.
The upper keeps a renewed retro style with new color options.
Another model, within this line, is the XC 72, with a design inspired by the 70s, with a classic upper, but with pieces that modify its appearance. For example, the wraparound and stabilizing strip on the heel, and the outsole that also rises over the upper in the outer front area of the toe-end. It is divided vertically, with a central longitudinal stripe, separating two different textures for better traction on hard terrain.
The wedge sole presents angular cuts on the heel and also "flared" inclined sides.
Both collections exhibit new combinations with updated colors.
