The brand with the three stripes has launched a new product under its ADIZERO sports line: the GOUKANA sneaker, featuring a distinctly chunky style with a thick, voluminous sole made using Lightstrike technology, based on TPEE foam -a thermoplastic polyester elastomer- which is 36% lighter than Boost. The new material provides superior cushioning and comfort with every step due to its remarkable lightness, flexibility, and responsiveness to impact.
The design is modern, bold, functional, and dynamic, suitable for both running and urban wear.
The upper is made of mesh and suede-like, synthetic, and reflective materials. The first models were showcased in yellow, later followed by red and black versions, mostly in monochromatic palettes.
The name GOUKANA originates from the Japanese language, meaning “luxury”.
